What happens if the platform has a problem?: We run nightly backups with an off-site copy, practise restores (our drill takes about 21 minutes), and the server is monitored by a watchdog. Platform faults are ours to fix; your team handles the first call from the client.
Who handles 911?: Every number carries a civic address that you give us and keep current; 911 calls go out through our Canadian carrier with that address. See the 911 page for what partners must tell their customers.
Can it carry my brand?: Yes. Your clients buy from you and see your name and support contact, not ours.
Will you approach my clients?: No. We never sell to a partner's customers directly, and the partner agreement will say so in writing.
